I’m Martin – entrepreneur, founder, and angel investor with a passion for technology, innovation, and building impactful ventures. For more than 15 years, I’ve been operating at the intersection of digitization and industrial transformation. My focus lies in launching and scaling startups, particularly in the fields of Industrial Tech, Health Tech, and PropTech.
As the founder of several companies I’ve taken products from concept to market, built high-performing teams, and raised multimillion-euro funding. What drives me is the ability to turn complex challenges into clear, effective solutions. I work in a structured and goal-driven way, and I’m a strong advocate of OKRs to align teams and deliver measurable results.
Beyond my own entrepreneurial journey, I actively support tech startups as an angel investor and advisor. I help founders develop go-to-market strategies, scale business development, and achieve key milestones – from early-stage traction to successful exits.
I believe deeply in the next generation of entrepreneurs. My goal is not just to share expertise, but to empower them with the clarity, confidence, and tools they need to succeed.
Outside of work, I’m a husband, father, and enthusiastic table tennis player. As a youth coach with the Bavarian Table Tennis Association, I support young talent on their journey – with the same energy and commitment I bring to every startup I work with.
